In the history of steroids it is seen that these are taken either by injecting them into human body or by taking pills. Normally the dosing technique is known as steroid cycles. The cycles can be continued through weeks or months by giving short break between them. This method is known as cycling. There are some other techniques also which are stacking, pyramiding etc. Stacking refers to providing varieties of steroid esters at a time. Pyramiding means gradually increasing the amount of anabolic steroids to reach a peak value and then gradually decreasing the amount. It is been noticed from the history of steroids that the application of the anabolic steroid on the sportsperson is very high in comparison to the prescribed amount of the medical practitioner causing steroid abuse. The most popular one for bulking is Dianabol, it is used by most people who want to gain weight, while Winstrol is the most popular for cutting and losing fat. It is seen that there are many unhealthy side effects that occur in human body due to steroid abuse. It can also be referred to, as drug abuse is humans. The side effects of the usage of winstrol or Dianabol on male are hampering the sex hormone and causing infertility problem, effecting on the growth hormone like development of breasts in men and baldness at a young age. Dianabol can also cause problems by shrinking of testicles growing cysts and acne on skin. The side effects of it on woman sportsperson are- clitoris becomes bigger, voice gets deeper like men, huge growth in the body hair, excessive acne on skin etc. Some other symptoms of winstrol abuse are- cancer, jaundice, delaying in the adolescent period, heart attacks, HIV or AIDS, blood pressure becomes very high, the left ventricle of heart gets enlarged etc. It is seen from the steroid research that when the sportsman quits the usage of these, the symptoms of drug abuse are very effective and noticeable. The symptoms are malnutrition, appetite loss, fluctuating mood, aggressive, insomniac, depression etc. If they are not treated properly then it can indulge in committing suicide also. Most of the popular steroids that are used are Dianabol, Deca-durabolin and Winstrol. Major League Baseball is a sport in United States that has been around for a long time, the usage of steroids in major league baseball are mostly seen and heard. From the abuse research report it is found that the mostly used injectable steroids are testosterone suspension. Generally the suspension of it is done in the base of water. No steroid esters have been attached to it. In the year of 1930’s, the development of testosterone suspension was done for the first time as it had the simplest method of developing. Sometimes it is suspended with oil or glycol instead of being suspended with water, Winstrol is another example of a water based steroid although the oral version of winstrol is much more popular. But it makes the injection too painful to be tolerable. The dosage of it is very painful but should be applied in a daily manner. The symptoms of it after entering the body can be increment in the both the muscles of tissues and muscles of lever, increment in the performance of the satellite cells of body, increment in the production of red blood corpuscles, increment in aggressive nature, gives protection against the deceases caused due to coronary. Certain steroids such as Dianabol and Anadrol have also been rumored to cause liver cancer, for this reason many people stay away from such dangerous as steroids like Dianabol.

Veterinarians are habituated to use Trenbolone in order to increase the appetite and growth in muscle. It is generally applied as the derivatives of ester. Trenbolone can be classified as trenbolone acetate, trenbolone enanthate etc. Normally the bodybuilders and sportsperson use it in order to make huge increases in the bodies muscle that is more acceptable by them gained by normal weight training. Both of the aforementioned are injecting steroids. Trenbolone acetate can be injected once within a break of two days in between, whereas Trenbolone enanthate is allowed to inject only once in a whole week. The symptoms of this are very high blood pressure, insomniac in nature, excessive aggression. Though these are performance enhancing drugs, but it may be futile for women. So it is highly recommended not to be taken by women sportspersons. Other testosterone steroid is Sustanon 250. It is a mixture of varieties of testosterones ester, they are testosterone decanoate, testosterone phenylpropionate, testosterone propionate, testosterone isocaproate. Unfortunately the bad symptoms of Sustanon 250 are the aromatized enzyme the female sex hormone estrogen gets converted which causes in growth in the tissues of breast, severe acne on skin, gaining extra fats, less sexual urge etc. it can also weaken the vessels of blood causing high pressure. The Drug Enforcement Administration of United States Department of Justice has banned illegal usage of these in United States.
